Pokud bude zvolen\u00e9 \u010d\u00edseln\u00e9 zna\u010den\u00ed, mus\u00ed b\u00fdt\u00a0v\u00a0bl\u00edzkosti j\u00eddeln\u00edho l\u00edstku seznam legislativn\u011b stanoven\u00fdch alergen\u016f s\u00a0ozna\u010den\u00edm \u010d\u00edsla, kter\u00e9 je p\u0159eneseno na j\u00eddeln\u00ed l\u00edstek.\u00a0P\u0159\u00edtomnost alergenu bude p\u0159enesena z\u00a0receptur a ingredienc\u00ed, kter\u00e9 byly pou\u017eity p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b jednotliv\u00fdch pokrm\u016f .\u00a0V\u00fdrobce je\u00a0\u00a0povinen ozna\u010dit vyroben\u00fd pokrm alergenn\u00ed slo\u017ekou, ale nebude br\u00e1t z\u0159etel na\u00a0jednotliv\u00e9 p\u0159ecitliv\u011blosti str\u00e1vn\u00edk\u016f. Tuto skute\u010dnost si mus\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd str\u00e1vn\u00edk s\u00e1m uhl\u00eddat. V\u00fdrobce\u00a0m\u00e1 pouze funkci\u00a0informa\u010dn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Seznam potravinov\u00fdch alergen\u016f, kter\u00e9 podl\u00e9haj\u00ed legislativn\u00edmu ozna\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed dle sm\u011brnice 1169\/11 EU<\/p>\n<div><span class=\"emphText3\">1. Obiloviny obsahuj\u00edc\u00ed lepek, konkr\u00e9tn\u011b: p\u0161enice (nap\u0159\u00edklad \u0161palda a khorasan), \u017eito, je\u010dmen, oves nebo jejich hybridn\u00ed odr\u016fdy a v\u00fdrobky z nich, krom\u011b:<\/span><\/div>\n<div>a) gluk\u00f3zov\u00fdch sirup\u016f na b\u00e1zi p\u0161enice, v\u010detn\u011b dextr\u00f3zy <em>(1)<\/em>;<\/div>\n<div>b) maltodextrin\u016f na b\u00e1zi p\u0161enice <em>(1)<\/em>;<\/div>\n<div>c) gluk\u00f3zov\u00fdch sirup\u016f na b\u00e1zi je\u010dmene;<\/div>\n<div>d) obilovin pou\u017eit\u00fdch k v\u00fdrob\u011b alkoholick\u00fdch destil\u00e1t\u016f, v\u010detn\u011b ethanolu zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9ho p\u016fvodu<\/div>\n<div><span class=\"emphText3\">2. Kor\u00fd\u0161i a v\u00fdrobky z nich<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"emphText3\">3. Vejce a v\u00fdrobky z nich<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span class=\"emphText3\">4.
